OK, Ladies, here’s the thing….I am an out and out CURVY GIRL and have been for a good lot of my life! I could also use the words “fat”, “overweight” and “obese” to describe my general body shape!
But shall I tell you what else I am, these days? I am a very Deliciously Curvy and Confident Diva! Yep, I sure am. Who decided that to hell with putting life on hold, until the numbers on the bathroom scales “indicate” I am worthwhile, attractive and acceptable to “thin society!”
I AM THAT NOW! FINALLY, HAPPY AND AT PEACE WITH MY BODY!
What if I told you that you could be too?
WHAT WOULD IT MEAN TO YOU, TO STOP FEELING ASHAMED OF YOUR BODY?
- To not be self conscious about the way you look?
- To stop being so hard on yourself?
- To be more relaxed and actually get some fun back in to your life?
- To “mind your own business” about what people think of you? What does it matter!?
- To stop bargaining your life away…..until you have lost, “1, 2, 3, 4 stone..or more”?

We do though, don’t we? Tolerate selfish behaviour – from our loved ones, friends, work colleagues. Sometimes it is easier to “Put Up and Shut Up” It doesn’t cause conflict or any kind of unpleasantness – I mean we wouldn’t want to feel that we had “upset”...
Once upon a time, I was a child. (Who couldn't even spell assertive!!) No surprises there then! And I have mentioned before that I did live in a somewhat chaotic household with a lot of negative emotion bouncing off the walls! To put it mildly. Having...
